Peanut Butter Chips – SCD

We discovered Chocolate Chip molds on Amazon, oh happy day!  They are so cool. We have only made PB Chips so far, but more ideas on the horizon.

See our simple Peanut Butter Chip recipe below. Since there isn’t a legal SCD Chip on the market, you have to make your own. You’ll find these are very easy and they make a great addition to granola bars, brownies, cookies, etc. They are soft, so keep them refrigerated and if you add them to a baked item you might want to consider adding them in the cooling process. We use these in our Date Brownies and they work great just sprinkled on top pre-bake. Their crunch comes back when brownie is cooled and kept refrigerated.
